CANCELLATION POLICY
Your time and professional well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel our services, we respectfully request you to inform us within 48 hours from the time you sign up.
We have limited resources so we limit the number of clients we intake as well. For this reason, we request you to respect our cancellation policy mentioned here.
Our Policy:
- Any cancellation made less than 48 hours from the time you signed up will receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellation made between 48 to 120 hours from the time you signed up will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the payment you made for the reserved services.
- Cancellations made after 120 hours from the time you signed up will receive no refund.
